We are Peter and Fien, together with our two children, Olivia and Leon.

Since 2015, Jávea has been a place we return to again and again. What started as holidays slowly became part of how we like to live, slower days, more time outside, space to be together.

Before this house, we owned another home in Jávea, Villa Vita. We always rented it out. Not just as a holiday house, but because we believe a place like this should be used, lived in, and shared.

We often said it ourselves:
this house is meant to be shared.

In 2021, we discovered the Kobler House, designed by Manuel Jorge.
The curves, the way the light moves through the spaces, the openness without feeling overwhelming, it immediately felt right.

We could see ourselves here, with friends, with family, long evenings outside, quiet mornings inside.

That is how we use the house today.
And now, it is ready to be shared again.
